Include your order number and the change you need. Contact us as soon as possible: changes are possible until the order enters fulfillment.
For tracking questions, send the order number and tracking link. If tracking says delivered, also confirm the delivery address and any safe-place or neighbor checks.
Request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. After approval, our support team emails you the return address and packing instructions.
Keep the product, packaging, and shipping label. Send clear photos of the item, packaging, and label together with the order number.
Tell us the product name, selected option, and the specification you want checked. For hardwired lighting, include the relevant installation or compatibility question.
State the right you want to exercise and the email connected to your account or order. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.

Return policy
You can return an item within 30 calendar days of delivery. Email contact@korvenstudios.com first to request the return. Return shipping for a voluntary return is paid by the customer; if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover the return. There is no restocking fee. Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 calendar days after we receive and inspect the return.
Shipping
Free standard shipping on every U.S. order, with no minimum. Orders are processed in 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) and delivered in 3-6 delivery days after dispatch (Monday to Saturday), so 4-8 business days in total. You receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. The order cutoff is 2:00 PM Pacific Time (PT, America/Los_Angeles), Monday-Friday. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends, or on applicable public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
