Please read the product page before ordering. Dimensions, finish, light temperature, voltage, installation type, included components, and compatibility vary by product and option and are described on each product page. Natural materials such as alabaster, marble, travertine, stone, and wood have individual veining, grain, and color variation, so no two pieces are exactly alike. Hardwired lighting should be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with applicable local requirements. Contact us before purchase if any technical detail is unclear.
In your cart and at checkout you can review the products, options, quantities, price, delivery details, and payment information before placing your order. After you place an order, you receive an automated email confirming that we have received it. We may cancel or refuse an order in the case of a failed payment, suspected fraud, incorrect information, unavailable stock, an obvious pricing error, or another reasonable inability to fulfill it. If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we refund the full amount charged to the original payment method.
All prices in our store and at checkout are shown in United States dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout where required. Shipping is free. The final total, including any tax, is shown before you place your order, and no further fees are added afterwards.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay, Elo, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Apple Pay and Google Pay appear at checkout on supported devices and browsers. All payments are made in USD and processed by secure payment providers; we do not store full card numbers. We ship within the United States. Free Standard Shipping ($0.00 USD) applies to every order. Processing takes 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) and transit takes 3-6 delivery days (Monday-Saturday), for an estimated total of 4-8 business days. Details are in our Shipping Policy.
The order cutoff is 2:00 PM Pacific Time (PT, America/Los_Angeles), Monday-Friday. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends, or on applicable public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
You can request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Please email us before sending any parcel. Return eligibility, return shipping costs, inspection, and refunds within 14 calendar days to the original payment method are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.
Please inspect your delivery promptly. If an item is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, keep all packaging and contact us with your order number and clear photos so we can review the case. Once confirmed, we cover the return shipping cost and offer a replacement or a full refund.
You can cancel an order free of charge as long as fulfillment has not started. Once an order has been dispatched, the normal return process applies after delivery.
You are responsible for checking your email address, phone number if supplied, delivery address, product options, and quantities. Contact us immediately if an order detail is wrong. A change cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has started.
Any product-specific written warranty shown on a product page or supplied with the item applies according to its stated terms. Your rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
