Payment Policy

This Payment Policy explains which currency we use, which payment methods we accept, how payments are secured and authorized, when your payment method is charged, and how refunds and payment problems are handled for purchases on korvenstudios.com.

1. Currency

All prices in our store and at checkout are shown and charged in United States dollars (USD). The final total, including applicable sales tax, is shown at checkout before you place your order. Shipping is free, so no shipping fee is added.

2. Accepted payment methods

• Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay, and Elo.
• Express wallets: Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Apple Pay is shown at checkout on supported Apple devices and browsers, and Google Pay on supported devices and browsers. If a wallet does not appear, you can pay with any of the cards listed above. We do not accept cash, checks, bank transfers, or payment on delivery.

3. Secure processing

Payments are processed by the secure payment providers connected to our Shopify checkout. The checkout is encrypted, and Körven Studio does not store full card numbers on its own systems. Payment information is used only to process your order and to prevent fraud.

4. Authorization and authentication

Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment through 3-D Secure, your banking app, a one-time code, or another security step. A bank can decline a transaction even when the card details are correct. If that happens, check the card details, the billing address, available funds, and any message from your bank before trying again, or use another payment method.

5. When you are charged

The checkout shows when and how your payment method will be charged. For some payment methods, the amount is first authorized when you place the order and captured when we process your order. An authorization can briefly appear on your statement as a pending amount.

6. Order confirmation

After checkout accepts your order, you receive an order confirmation by email. Please keep your order number for any questions. If you do not receive the email, check the address you entered at checkout and your spam folder, then contact us.

7. Fraud review and cancelled orders

To protect our customers, orders can be reviewed for fraud. We may hold or cancel an order when payment cannot be confirmed or when fraud screening identifies a material risk. If we cancel an order after a completed charge, we refund the full amount to the original payment method.

8. Sales tax

Where required, sales tax is calculated based on your delivery address and shown separately at checkout before you place your order.

9. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days after your approved return has arrived and been inspected, as described in our Return & Refund Policy. Your bank or payment provider controls how long the credit takes to appear on your statement after we issue it.

10. Payment problems and disputes

For any payment question, email contact@korvenstudios.com with your order number. If you see a charge you do not recognize, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank so we can help quickly. Never send full card numbers, security codes, bank passwords, or one-time authentication codes by email.
