We aim to describe and display our lighting as accurately as possible, including dimensions, finishes, and materials. Colors and scale can vary by screen and setting. Prices are shown in USD and may change; the price that applies to your order is the price shown at checkout when you place the order. Product descriptions, images, prices, and availability may be corrected when an error is found.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and to update it promptly when it changes. We may refuse or cancel an order where information is incorrect or where we suspect fraud; in that case we refund any amount charged.
Orders, payment, shipping, and delivery are governed by our Terms of Sale and Shipping Policy. We ship within the United States with Free Standard Shipping.
The order cutoff is 2:00 PM Pacific Time (PT, America/Los_Angeles), Monday-Friday. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends, or on applicable public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, including the 30-day return window after delivery.
