Orders are processed in 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding applicable public holidays). After dispatch, delivery takes 3-6 delivery days (Monday to Saturday). In total, most orders arrive within 4-8 business days after you place them. Read the full Shipping Policy. The order cutoff is 2:00 PM Pacific Time (PT, America/Los_Angeles), Monday-Friday. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends, or on applicable public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number and a tracking link. You can also follow your parcel on our Track Your Order page. You can return any product within 30 calendar days of delivery; this applies to every item in our store. Email contact@korvenstudios.com with your order number before sending anything back. We reply with a return approval, the return address, and packing instructions. For a voluntary return, the item must be complete, unused, uninstalled, and undamaged, ideally in its original packaging. Read the full Return & Refund Policy.
For a change-of-mind return, you arrange and pay the return shipping; please use a trackable service. There is no restocking fee or any other return fee. After your return arrives and has been inspected, we refund the original payment method within 14 calendar days and confirm it by email. Please inspect your delivery as soon as possible. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or not what you ordered, email contact@korvenstudios.com with your order number and clear photos of the product, the packaging, and the shipping label, and keep all packaging. Contact us as soon as possible at contact@korvenstudios.com if you want to change your shipping address or cancel your order. We can make changes or cancel and refund the order in full as long as fulfillment has not started.
